The oil change was good the technicians were good and knowledgeable about my recall and what needed to be done. The part that was not so good was the cashier she didn't tell me that there was a 3% charge knowledgeable about my recall and what needed to be done. The part that was not so good was the cashier she didn't tell me that there was a 3% charge for credit cards. I usually use my card so I can get points, so in order to get 1.00 points I paid additional 3.00. I have never been there before so I didn't know. Usually I don't say anything about the way people conduct themselves but she said well there is a sign right there. My eyes are not as good as they should be but she made me feel worse about that. Then I couldn't believe the way she was dressed. To put it honestly she looked like she was going to a club not to work. That struck me as unprofessional. Thanks for letting me vent about that.
