Overall it was a very nice experience. The mileage for the van I purchased was not listed correctly, but everyone missed the simple mistake, so no harm no foul. Fan was as described, altho The mileage for the van I purchased was not listed correctly, but everyone missed the simple mistake, so no harm no foul. Fan was as described, although the driveshaft did have a dent in it and I had to replace it. With a multi point inspection these sorts of things should be caught. They did reduce the overall price by $1500 for the confusion, and everyone was very kind and considerate. More

Sales manager “Brad” did not honor the agreed trade in price of my truck. He lowered the trade in price of my truck by $1,000 and now will not admit to doing so (Yes, I know….big surprise).
