My salesman was awesome! The dealership as a whole is lost. When you have a new car have issues it is the dealerships responsibility to hold their end on the contract; howe The dealership as a whole is lost. When you have a new car have issues it is the dealerships responsibility to hold their end on the contract; however, Porterville does not. My vehicle is having multiple issues and they refuse to take it in to figure out what’s going on. There is now a burning smell that is coming from my vehicle and they will not take it back in to figure out why. They don’t seem to care and it’s a breach of contract. I do not recommend purchasing vehicles from them. More

I visited this dealership on 8/6/23 after calling about a vehicle I wanted to purchase. I drove 60 miles to look at similar vehicle as I was told the owner was driving the vehicle listed on the website to se vehicle I wanted to purchase. I drove 60 miles to look at similar vehicle as I was told the owner was driving the vehicle listed on the website to see the options and was led to believe if I wanted the demo the owner was driving a deal could be made. When I got there I was told no you can’t buy the one you want. It is listed for sale on the website for sale. Wasted 2 1/2 hours and fuel due to false advertising. Terrible service. More
