A widow couldn't ask for more than that! More

On several occasions she went above and beyond to take care of me. I have to say, I live in Delaware and ran into an issue with a parent who was hospitalized. I asked Helena if she could hang on to my car until I could find someone to help me come and get it and until my mom was better. Helena, drove to my house after working all day to drop off my car. She truly went the extra mile. I have NEVER encountered such an incredible and thoughtful person. It is because of Helena that I will come back to Haydocy and recommend everyone I know who is looking for a call. She is one in a million. More

This was a airbag recall I was notified of last August, that took so very long until resolved. Very inconvenient, that no one could ride in passenger front seat from notice received August 3, 2015 until word received your dealership had airbags in stock. Letter received on February 8, 2016 (Monday) and appointment made for next day at 10am. I waited on airbag but was disappointed when to my dismay that this was last airbag you had in stock and it was defective. I would have to wait now until more airbags, already ordered were received. John advised me to call back later in the week, and when received I could make an appointment hopefully airbags would be in soon, however he warned me ahead of time that he would be out on Thursday. Bob Park, unaware of situation called to check on the Customer Service experience. He was very helpful once he found out what happened and set up an appointment for Friday at 8am. I even checked back and talked to him on Thursday and he reassured me airbags were in and appointment should take care of airbag issue. I am aware it was unavoidable situation. I am so glad to have airbag fixed after such a LONG wait and inconvenience waiting for parts to be provided.. Still certainly will continue to use Haydocy. I love that I can get Golden Buckeye discount on most of my service repairs or maintenance. More
