They told me I needed all of my breaks and rotors changed. Come to find out, I did not. Spent almost a grand because of a 15 dollar part on my right passenger side , and they told me it was my breaks changed. Come to find out, I did not. Service dept/mechanics need training The "Mechanics" told me my breaks were locking up, so I paid for new breaks, I went to leave the service bay and it did the same thing I took it in fo The "Mechanics" told me my breaks were locking up, so I paid for new breaks, I went to leave the service bay and it did the same thing I took it in for. Things out it was the drive train belt. They changed the belt but failed to look at the tensioner mechanism. I had an extended warranty in place at that time and it is my understanding that it might have been covered. So in a year the belt has been replaced twice. One of the people i spoke with said that the starter was basically powering my car. Now my concern is that the starter will go bad and I will have to replace that too. I called to talk to the general manager, and the general manager basically told me he didn't care and rushed me off the phone. I am very disappointed as this is the Chevrolet dealer closest to my home and I prefer to support my local community business. My father worked for General Motors for more than 20 years so I am very loyal to the Chevrolet brand, so I will search for another dealer. Unless there is some form of change with the service department, I'm not hopeful that will be there long More
