Cindy, I wanted to respond first by saying I am very sorry your experience with my finance department was uncomfortable and inexcusable. I don't train my employees to present that way. In fact, I constantly remind them that if someone says no to a product, they are presenting that means they didn't offer enough value in their presentation and for that reason they need to move on. It sounds like I need to remind Jesse more frequently. There is no excuse for the treatment you received in my finance office and that is not the way we normally conduct business. We failed to provide you with the experience that we strive to provide, and it won't be brushed under the rug. It seemed like Jesse thought that I was not an informed intelligent consumer, as I am a single female. He kept telling me any sensor failure in the vehicle would cost me thousands of dollars. And he did not let up. I would appretiate compensation for the added stress and waste of my time for your failure to provide me with excellent service. A few free oil changes would be fair. And I would also like to know that someone relayed my experience to Jesse directly. Because of this experience, I would not refer a friend to Markley.
