Sale went great, correcting clerical errors very poor! Bought a brand new CR-V, third new Honda from here, traded in our second CR-V. First, they had the VIN for the wrong CR-V on our paperwork, took a couple weeks to correct. That wasn’t terrible. BUT when we paid the car off in less than two years, that’s when the nightmare began. Despite the name, address, and even state (MN) on the sales paperwork AND the title for the trade-in, they had the vehicle registered in Wisconsin under my wife’s maiden name at her deceased mother’s address in WI that she hadn’t lived at for more than 15 years! When we received the title from the finance co., Ashland Honda made little to no effort to get the issue straightened out, making it OUR problem! It to several months before we finally got it corrected and received the corrected title from the proper state reflecting the correct name and address. Ashland Honda did not step up to making this correction painless!! The two previous purchases went great, (although they were under previous ownership). Now about my Ridgeline, I’m disappointed that I had to make THREE trips to Ashland for three separate recalls when I made effort to get them all done at once on the first visit! More

No high pressure, just tremendous patience and a 100% effort to help me figure out what kind of vehicle I wanted, and then a 200% effort to get the exact vehicle that I wanted, as a dealer trade. Very friendly, sincere and accommodating sales staff. Kevin and Dan are both great. I will buy my next vehicle from Ashland Toyota, and I will recommend Ashland Honda/Toyota to my friends. More

Service Dept. Caution: Just had my 2006 Tacoma frame replaced and am not impressed with the workmanship. Noticed loose/uninstalled parts, new noises and damages to Caution: Just had my 2006 Tacoma frame replaced and am not impressed with the workmanship. Noticed loose/uninstalled parts, new noises and damages to my truck. I expected better for $110.00 per hour shop rate. Got nowhere with the GM so I filed a claim w/ Toyota N. America.
