Our salesman Al was nice and helpful. However, when we came to test drive the truck it was dead on the lot. They checked the batteries before purchase when the truck was running. 3 weeks However, when we came to test drive the truck it was dead on the lot. They checked the batteries before purchase when the truck was running. 3 weeks after purchase when the truck sat for more than a day we uncovered there were 2 different batteries and one was dead on a 2024 RAM diesel truck. We notified the dealership and they were unwilling to replace the bad battery. The salesman said there was a 15 day warranty on engine/transmission that we were not made aware of. We were not offered an extended warranty either which he said would take care of it. BUYERS BEWARE TO CHECK BATTERIES! More
