I brought my Maserati Levante in for several issues: Routine maintenance Brake inspection Repairing the gas door An intermittent issue where one of the doors wouldn't stay closed after starting the car in very cold weather (a rare but repeatable issue) At the time, the vehicle was fully functional aside from the concerns mentioned. However, when I got the car back, it was nearly undrivable. Among the numerous new problems I encountered immediately after getting the vehicle back: Windows no longer open or close The phone will not connect Side mirrors are completely unresponsive The radio doesn't play at all The trunk won't open The dashboard now displays a “maintenance overdue” message at every start I want to stress that none of these issues existed when I brought the car in. The dealership claimed these problems were due to water damage, which I had never experienced or reported. To make matters worse, they refused to release the car until I paid the final bill with a certified check only — no credit cards or standard checks accepted. Despite my concerns, I paid nearly $10,000 in good faith, to service the vehicle. Yet to this day, I have no clear explanation of what was actually done to the car. Since the service, the condition of the car has deteriorated dramatically. I now question whether it was intentionally mishandled. I trusted Maserati of Long Island with a premium vehicle — and they returned it to me in a worse state than ever before. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and concerned. I hope this serves as a warning to others: be extremely careful when considering Maserati of Long Island for service or repair. More

I went in to get my duplicate key linked. Jenn was very prompt in doing the job and had my car washed within 45 minutes which I really appreciated as I had another appointment.
