To be honest the worst customer service ever. I have been going to the dealership for service for years spent over $30,000. I came in for a seat not working was told it would be $5000. I said why I have been going to the dealership for service for years spent over $30,000. I came in for a seat not working was told it would be $5000. I said why can't you just change the motor. They said they have to change the entire seat track. I went to another dealership part and labor is $500. To be honest it was a shakedown. In all my years never experienced this in any dealership and I liked this one. Worst was when I went in to pick up my car Julia Mika - Service Manager wouldn't talk to me. I held the door for her when I arrived as she was walking in at the same time and didn't even say hello. I tried to say hello 2 other times she wouldn't even look at me. Think about That. I am the customer and a very good one not happy with the service this is the customer service she shows. I am a member of the largest car club in Long Island. I would advise any Maserti or Ferrari owner to run from this dealership. They are not the same with the new ownership and it's not just me but countless people that I have spoken to feel the same. Maybe they feel people who have nice cars they can shake them down. More

Additionally, the facility is immaculate and welcoming, making the wait, if any, comfortable and pleasant. It's clear that customer experience is a top priority for Ferrari/Maserati of Long Island, and they excel at it. I highly recommend their service department to those who value exceptional service, transparency, and expertise. It's a truly five-star experience!
