Best in Town!! I have had both Ford and non Ford vehicles serviced at Mastel with no issues. Over the years I have had Volvo, Jeep, Toyota and Fords serviced there. I have had both Ford and non Ford vehicles serviced at Mastel with no issues. Over the years I have had Volvo, Jeep, Toyota and Fords serviced there. Brakes, A/C service, diesel injector upgrades and turbo rebuilds they have done it all for me. I learned my lesson going someplace else. Most recently I had glow plugs installed in my truck and tires put on my car. I love that Ford has meet or beat prices on tires and usually a rebate. Only Fords in my driveway now. More

Warranty service unprofessional Had to pay for service in advance, then wait a week for part to arrive. No service slip upon completion. Unprofessional Service Department. Called about getting service slip and told it takes a couple days to get to service desk. Never had service without slip stating what was done. Makes me question if they actually put in new part or just fixed the old. Would not recommend this place. Did appreciate the free bottled water in the lounge, though. Bathrooms were clean, but always salesmen standing around outside the restroom area making me wonder if they have hidden cameras in the women's restroom. More

Carelessness I recently took my vehicle to Mastel Ford-Lincoln ( 1674 East State Street Olean, NY 14760) for state inspection and oil change done. I was scheduled to be out of town the week & the dealership was to keep the vehicle during the week & I would pick it up when I got back to town. Everything seemed fine until I went to visit family for the Thanksgiving holiday & before I left to drive back home I opened the hood to check the windshield washer fluid level & found oil spilled in the vehicle and the cap for the oil was upside down beside the oil container. I took some pictures, checked the oil to make sure it wasn't low, & put the cap and I have not had any problems with the vehicle since this. I did go back to the Olean dealership & show them what had happened. They offered to clean it up & a free oil change, but I do not feel comfortable returning to this dealership for ANY service. I have been to several Ford dealerships in the past for service & have never had any issues or problems before & I understand that accidents happen, however to me this is simply carelessness. More
