Not so quality service Purchased a truck from Master Gmc bc I thought this was a quality dealership. I felt like my truck had not been inspected before I purchased it. The oil change was on 24 percent was on and had I not went thru the options I would not have known. After two days of driving the seal behind the trans was leaking. After two days of not hearing anything about the truck I just purchased I had to call and check on my vehicle. I got the run around about what was going on with it after five days of not having my truck and having to daily check on it, finally it was ready. I got no paper work on the work that was done and again my oil had not been reset . If I can trust the service people to work on my truck where I purchased it what am I supposed to do More

Excellent Experience This was by far one of the best experiences I've had while shopping and purchasing a vehicle. Wade approached me in the lot but was not overbearing. He is very knowledgeable on the different makes, models, and brands. After the decision to purchase was made, Wade still wasn't salsie. He offered that Gmc may have had a lower rate but I chose Usaa with no pressure. We talked about our families. He was more like a friend than a salesman. I am very pleased. More

It was a very pleasurable experience We wanted to buy a truck and were undecided what it would be. We started at Master GMC. Wade Howard helped us that day. We looked at several different We wanted to buy a truck and were undecided what it would be. We started at Master GMC. Wade Howard helped us that day. We looked at several different trucks and got costs on each. We explained to him that we wanted to look at the Chevrolet and Ford dealerships also, and that we were just looking and getting information on our options. He said he certainly understood and spent a great deal of time with us answering all questions and driving the vechicles. He could not have been more helpful and no pressure was applied. We left there and went to the Chevrolet and Ford dealerships and drove and priced their vechicles also. At those dealerships we were told of all the marvelous incentives that would no longer be in place the next day. A new month that would have different incentives probably not as good as they were that day. We explained we were not buying that day. They all stated that they would call the next day and tell us what the new incentives would be. Wade Howard stated he would call as soon as he found out. The others stated it would be after lunch the next day before they found out but would certainly call us. The next day came and Wade Howard was the only one that did what he said he would do and called us with the new incentives about 12:00. It meant a lot to us that he actually was as good as his word. The other two dealerships did not call us back until the following week, unlike what they told us they would do. We called Wade Howard back and told him we wanted to get the truck from GMC, not only for his integrity but the other dealerships could not give us anything comparable to what we were getting there. Everyone from Wade to the sales manager and the finance gentleman could not have been more gracious and helpful. All options were explained, all questions answered, and no pressure applied at any time. It was the most pleasurable car buying experience we have ever had. We would highly recommend Master GMC to anyone in the market for a new vechicle. This was our first time dealing with Masters but I’m sure not our last. Thank you to everyone for all your help and attention. Wade Howard is truly an asset to your Company. More
