Second time around !!!!!!!!!!! We had decided to get a new vehicle for Jennifer !!!! I was surfing the web trying to see what was available, I have a 2015 Sierra that has over 200,0 We had decided to get a new vehicle for Jennifer !!!! I was surfing the web trying to see what was available, I have a 2015 Sierra that has over 200,000 miles , as a result she likes my truck and so Sierra was very near the top of our list!, after looking at inventory at Master, Nicole reached out to me. She had several vehicles that were 2018 with very low milage and we could take advantage of "LIKE NEW" vehicles at nicely discounted pricing!!!! Nicole assisted us in selecting a vehicle that met our requirements !! then Jeff made sure we had the vehicle protected nicely, our truck should be warrantied for 6 years or 117,000 miles , which with Jenn's driving history, we will have warranty for 6 years easily !!!, I thank Nicole for reaching out to me , We took advantage of a great value offer by Wade and then JEFF made sure all paper work and protection is in place, so we recommend Master Buick GMC Highly !!!!!! More

Problem was fixed same day. Dropped vehicle off for a problem , issues seems to be fixed. 2nd time I have had to take vehicle in with a problem ( separate problem each visit) Da Dropped vehicle off for a problem , issues seems to be fixed. 2nd time I have had to take vehicle in with a problem ( separate problem each visit) David worked with me both times. Service Center I was told Friday by the service manager to bring in my brand new truck if I wanted to. My Brand new 2500HD Denali was running low on DEF, shiftin I was told Friday by the service manager to bring in my brand new truck if I wanted to. My Brand new 2500HD Denali was running low on DEF, shifting hard, fuel injectors had a recall. Was told I could bring it in Friday but may not get to it. Leave it Saturday still may not get to it, and maybe Monday. Monday Alyson contact me before I went back to Charleston and said bring it in and they would top it off and run a diagnostic inspection. Stayed in the service bay for 2.5 hours. I called Alyson twice no return. I reached Charles and told him to just top it off. He did and told me about the recall. Kinda disappointed with GMC customer service and the fact that I paid over 70K for my truck w/ 8,000 mile on it, and it needs to be in the shop constantly! Very positive I generally do not enjoy the car buying experience. I arrived at Master Buick GMC not knowing what to expect as I had not dealt with them in the past I generally do not enjoy the car buying experience. I arrived at Master Buick GMC not knowing what to expect as I had not dealt with them in the past. Bernard Hughes greeted me shortly after I entered the show room. A very pleasant experience. Bernard listened to my needs, explained the various models and options while showing me what was available in stock.
