Mr Anand Lall I did my shopping thru the USAA car buying service, settled on 3 different vehicles and Chris Meyers and Anand Lall treated me better than anyone else I did my shopping thru the USAA car buying service, settled on 3 different vehicles and Chris Meyers and Anand Lall treated me better than anyone else at the other dealers. Awesome buying experience thanks to Dylan and Gage! My husband and I saw a car online that fit our budget, our needs, and our desired aesthetic. We made an appointment to meet with Dylan. We didn't set a specific time because we weren't positive what time we would be off work that day, so we told him it would be between 1:30-3. When we arrived, Dylan greeted us and told us he was was with another customer, but that there was someone else who would gladly help us. We told Dylan that we'd like to wait on him, we were in no hurry, and for him to take his time with his current customer. He offered us something to drink and took us to the waiting area. Not long after, he came to us and ask that we allow another sales associate to take us on a test drive while he finished up. We agreed as long as it wouldn't affect him negatively. He explained that it would be fine, took us to meet Gage, who then brought the car around for a test drive. Gage was awesome. He was knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and made the experience so comfortable and enjoyable. We fell in love with the car, and knew it was what we wanted. When we got back, we sat with Gage to begin paperwork. Dylan promptly came over to explain that he and Gage were sharing the sale. That they worked well together and helped each other out in the best interest of their customers. We were very happy with that, as both of them had made our experience so great, and wanted them both to reap the benefits for teaming up to help us. It was by far the best car buying experience we had ever had. More
