Terrible service department. Brought vehicle in several weeks ago with several warranty concerns one of being my steering wheel made noise when turning it or using wheel heater Brought vehicle in several weeks ago with several warranty concerns one of being my steering wheel made noise when turning it or using wheel heater and another being steering column moves. They replaced the column and it fixed the movement however the noise actually got worse. No big deal brought car back in for the noise and they replaced the column again saying it was the wrong size and it will be all good. Ok great they do what they have to do and two weeks later my car is ready for pick up. I get there and have to wait for my writer and she finaly comes and has a porter pull my dirty truck in to the service lane. I jump into my car reassured we are all good, excited to be in my truck again I start to pull out until.... I make it about fourty feet and the steering wheel still squeaks. Ok no big deal again I stop, still in the service lane, and call the writer over by name and she hears the exact same problem I showed her when I dropped it off. Now here is the kicker and why nobody should bring there vehicle here. She has the service manager come over to me and asks what is the noise. I show him and he clearly hears the noise and he tells me..... "We have spent to much time on your truck take it somewhere else" and attempts to shake my hand and walks away. POOR MANAGEMENT AT ITS CORE. Ironically in the backdrop of this incident, still being in the service lane, there are two technicians playing paddle ball in what I am guessing is the lube rack. I supose properly diagnosing vehicles and repairing them impeded there paddle ball tournament and no more time could be delegated to properly diagnoing vehicles. Bottom line is don't go here for service I won't go here for anything but that is me. This place is a joke, pherhaps the poor management extends beyond the obtuse service manager and extends to the GM and pherhaps even the owner. One way or another this dealership will never see a dime from me and I have four Nissans in my household and two in my company fleet. More
I purchased a new Pathfinder at Matt Bowers in Daphne yesterday and received quick and excellent service! It started with a visit to the service Dept. for an oil change for my old Pathfinder which I also yesterday and received quick and excellent service! It started with a visit to the service Dept. for an oil change for my old Pathfinder which I also bought at this location. As usual, I dealt with Bo who has serviced my cars for upwards of 10 years. We have developed a friendship over the years and makes me feel at home. I mentioned I was thinking about trading and he introduced me to Colton Ruybal who provided me with fast and quality service in my new car-buying experience! Very knowledgeable in all areas of my transaction! This is my 4th Pathfinder to buy at this location. Don't go see Colton while you service your car or you will end up with a new vehicle! Ha, Thanks to the Matt Bower team from Lynn the general manager on down! More
Service- Poor Service If I could give a 0 I would. Service advisor went on vacation and dropped ball. 3 separate repairs done in 3 days and still same issues. Spent $1000, 2 wasted trips to pick up vehicle, 2 missed days of work And they thought a $10 discount for being inconvenienced was good. Now on trip 3 to dealership. We have always recommended car manufacturer for service - rethinking that now. More

New Owner: Matt Bowers Eastern Shore Nissan & my service exp I just purchased a used Nissan LEAF, electric car, from a private party and went in for the yearly battery check. I had visited the dealership once b I just purchased a used Nissan LEAF, electric car, from a private party and went in for the yearly battery check. I had visited the dealership once before and met Bo and spoke with him about an appointment. I went in today and was out in under an hour: I met Mark, Kathy, Ken (service tech.) and Lynn (the service manager), and Christy in the office and Michael Neves the General Manager. I am hoping to have a long and positive relationship with this dealership. This is my first Nissan: I've owned a Mercury Lynx, a Honda Civic, and two Saturns, and have driven them all "into the ground." I am active in Sierra Club and Citizens' Climate Lobby so I want to "walk the walk" by helping reduce my carbon footprint. I am glad to have an electric car option and I hope they sell lots of LEAFS (not Leaves?) Thank you, all! Everyone was very friendly and thanks for the tea and snacks! P.S. I can charge the LEAF there too for free! More

Always cares I have bought 2 vehicles form Chris Myers Nissan, a 2014 Versa and a 2015 Juke, and they have always treated me and my vehicles as a priority. I love I have bought 2 vehicles form Chris Myers Nissan, a 2014 Versa and a 2015 Juke, and they have always treated me and my vehicles as a priority. I love the reports that they give me showing what they checked out and what services were done. Even when they are obviously busy and looking overwhelmed, they have a ready smile on their face and take their time in explaining my service details. They don't ever appear to be in a hurry when answering my questions and make sure that I understand them before moving on to the next customer. I will continue to use them even after my service package expires for both of my wonderful cars! More

First appointment, they did nothing, second trip said they would have to order new radio and we would have to bring the car back. Then they called a few days later and said we had to bring the car back so they could get some numbers off the radio before they could order it. Now we will have to make a fourth trip when the radio comes in. Also, the first appointment was at 10:00. They ran behind , and when we asked about it, they said they didn't really go by appointments. More
