When I was called with the estimate for work, Lynn explained everything in layman's terms so I would understand what needed to be done. She did not try and "over sell" extra services. I was given a ride home and picked up when care was ready. My car was even washed!!! Will definitely continue bring my car to Allen when service is required. More

Refreshing to deal with! I just needed my Tucson checked out before my daughter took it off to graduate school out of state. The service department gave me a prompt appointme I just needed my Tucson checked out before my daughter took it off to graduate school out of state. The service department gave me a prompt appointment, gave the car a thorough check and gave me good advice on how to prolong its good condition. As it turned out, the car was in fine shape and this took a lot of worry off my mind. To top off all everything else, I was not charged anything for all their professional attention! You can't beat that!!! That one afternoon's customer service was so refreshing that Allen Hyundai has secured a future purchase from me when the time comes to replace my 2012 Tucson. More

Resolution of squeak Too bad you do not have six stars as your service was certainly better than five stars. We had a continuing problem with a squeak in the right rear of the car. Your people have had it several in their attempts to fix the problem. It was very gratifying to see them continually pursue the problem until they did fix the squeak. Your service team, we feel, certainly did the extra mile to fix this.
