The only disappointment came with the vehicle, a 2018 Honda H-RV, I purchased new. At around 450 miles, the air conditioner blew nice, warm air, especially lovely on a 90 degree day. After Honda service inspected, it was determined that the O-Rings had failed. Parts had to be ordered and I am awaiting a call when parts come in so AC can be fixed. What is going on with inferior parts? More

I called for an appointment for an oil change and had one within the week. The time wait was short. The service department waiting room is clean and comfortable. They even provide amenities, such as hot beverages and pastries. I’ll continue to use Matt Burne Honda for many reasons. Not Very Helpful My car was low on coolant and was not making heat. I took the car in, they checked it over, said it must've been a fluke and sent me on my way. Last My car was low on coolant and was not making heat. I took the car in, they checked it over, said it must've been a fluke and sent me on my way. Last I knew, coolant did not just disappear out of a closed system for no reason. I didn't catch the name of the service team member that took my initial phone call but he was very short and not too pleasant. I understand they are busy people but a little bit of kindness on the phone never killed anybody, nor does it add to your workload. My next Honda purchase will not be from Burne. More
