Unhappy with the pricing policies and when I called to ask to speak to the service manager, the operator said she would give Rusty the message on Monday but I never received a call. I checked with her again today abd she confirmed that she had indeed given the message to Rusty last Monday and that he stated he would call me. Never happened! Quick Lane “The Works Oil Change” service was fine! Took about 1 and 45 minutes a little long but in the post Covid world it is pretty good. I used the online Chat service to initiate service appointment, after two days of no contact I called the service department directly. Online I mentioned I was new to the area. I guess you are not interested in new business. The reason I came to MC Ford was Sarasota Ford had a two week back log. I am retired Ford employee, and try to support the dealer network. Thank you.
