This was my first time at Matthews. Rob was fast, friendly and very helpful. I ended up needed tires which wasn't a surprise to me but Rob was very courteous when telling me they were r Rob was fast, friendly and very helpful. I ended up needed tires which wasn't a surprise to me but Rob was very courteous when telling me they were really bad. I appreciate his candor and honesty. He explained they didn't have the tires I wanted on site but they did have them in a warehouse close by. I feel the amount of time I waited was relatively small since they had to go pick the tires up and then do the work. Because of Rob, I will return to Matthews for future service. More
