My only complaint would be is that my appointment was not saved in the system. I had to leave work early for the appointment. I would have been upset if I was turned away. From the minute the appt was made for the the oil change, tire rotation, and inspection it was a series of mis-steps. We rec'd several calls and emails saying the appt was at 9, no it was at 9:30, no it is a tire rotation, and inspection it was a series of mis-steps. We rec'd several calls and emails saying the appt was at 9, no it was at 9:30, no it is at 9, now at 8. Several separate messages with conflicting times. After calling it was determined the appt was at 9 am. After 90-minutes someone came out and told my husband the oil change and tire rotation was done but the car failed inspection due to a "bad" passenger side windshield wiper blade. Why on earth would you not have replaced the blade and completed the inspection? They sent him on his way - he had to pick me up at the airport. He replaced the blade himself and took the care back at which time they passed the inspection. Why - was the blade not replaced on the spot and the vehicle passed inspection? It is the most ridiculous thing ever ! NOT good customer service. More

everyone was great to deal with they took care of me and check the brakes. No charge. I had gone to the other Hyundai dealer in Henrietta. They wanted to charge me $300.
