My car came in for an oil change and tire rotation on my first service for my lease. The service advisor explained an open recall for my vehicle, and i authorized it to be performed. During this update, the software crashed, which left my vehicle completely disabled. The service team apologized for the inconvenience and offered a rental car while the ECM was replaced.
