Everyone was nice, but a bit disorganized. I bought an electric hybrid and my salesperson didn’t mention much about the hybrid aspect of the car. It was supposed to come with a charger to char I bought an electric hybrid and my salesperson didn’t mention much about the hybrid aspect of the car. It was supposed to come with a charger to charge the battery, but they lost it somehow. It also didn’t come with floor mats, but they said the previous owner kept those. I have to call them every day to see if they have found the car charger or will replace it. They were helpful to sell me the car quickly when I needed a vehicle fast, but after I paid them, they didn’t contact me again to solve the charger issue. I’m glad pretty disappointed, especially since they didn’t drop the price of the car at all when I was trying to haggle. More

I was on vacation and had to be towed in. Told minimum 3 days to look at it. Would have taken two minutes to plug it in. Later in the week they called me and told me my battery was dead, it was fine when it was towed in. I had no choice except to buy a nee battery since i was at there mercy. Eith tax just over $300.00. Issue was a service bulletin. I frel i was taken fir a ride. More
