Ram called me when he said he would call me he told me the truth of how long it was going to be to repair my car and for that I appreciate it. When I lease the car I was told that I would not have to be responsible for any kind of Maintenance or Replacements of anything because it's a lease and I was given that special deal package. When I went taking my oil change I was told that I needed to get to New filters replaced I said I'm not paying for it because I was quoted a price because I have that deal not my car not my responsibility it's your car not mine I just rent it monthly for 3 years I'm paying for that car to be paid off and the timing I returned it and then you're still going to make money by either selling it or re-leasing at. So I told them no I'm not replacing it for over $100 they took the filters out showed in the video after I left I get back home remind you 30 minutes away and now there's a noise coming from this filters when I turn my AC on don't worry because I will return back. I felt like I was lied to from the beginning. More
