Horrible customer service. Customer came in woth problem that she needed fixed, Called Customer repeatedly "Sweetie" or "Hunny". Customer didnt quite understand something that the tech was telling her so that she needed fixed, Called Customer repeatedly "Sweetie" or "Hunny". Customer didnt quite understand something that the tech was telling her so when she asked him to clarify... he turns to his "BUDS" behind him and says "Who's on first?!". That should be grounds for a firing right there. More
