I have been having my vehicle serviced for several years and have always had great service. Yesterday was not the case. I needed a new antenna for my Tucson and was quoted a little over $400.00. When I aske and have always had great service. Yesterday was not the case. I needed a new antenna for my Tucson and was quoted a little over $400.00. When I asked for a discount paying cash, I was told that due to being a loyal customer, I would have close to a hundred dollars knocked off the price. I thought this included labor. The part came in several days later and I brought my car in to have the repair. When finished my bill was over 400.00 and I questioned it Brandon, the person I had been dealing with and he replied labor isn't free. He then showed me how there was a gap where the hood antenna had been bolted down. And he talked with another person for his opinion. Brandon told me I'd have to get some silicone or something to seal it so water wouldn't get in, that I could get some sealant and bring the car back, or I could take it to a body shop since he said they aren't a body shop or call Dent Wizard. They hadn't washed the car or checked tires as requested. He said car was wan't on the order but offered to have it wash , however... They said they wouldn't advise washing the car with the gap on top as water could get it .I wasn't happy as the car wasn't repaired fully. Apparently there was some damage to roof of car from garage door the took off antenna. When I went to pay bill with my credit card, he said I thought you were paying cash. I Said I wan't planning on 400.00 and had 300.00. He proceeded to use my charge card and I asked him if he wanted the 300.00 cash and he said cash and card are the same. I asked then why did you ask me about the cash. He didn't answer. He was very unprofessional and rude, in my opinion and I ended up taking my car to a body shop to seal the 1/8" gap. I won't be going to Mathews Hyundai any more business with this type of behavior and unprofessional attitude and service. More
I went there to see what was wrong with my radio and to possibly buy some tires. I ended up not purchasing anything from them because they are over priced. I pick up my car, pay them for looking at it, and possibly buy some tires. I ended up not purchasing anything from them because they are over priced. I pick up my car, pay them for looking at it, and leave. After that, I went to Dunkin to get coffee, all the quarters in my middle console were gone. I keep quarters in my car for coffee because I'm a nurse who runs on Dunkin. The only people who had my car since yesterday and today were Fuccillo. I called the service manager to say that someone stole the quarters out of my car. He says that the guy who worked on my car, wouldn't hurt a fly and said I was lying. I will never go back to you guys. You're not just over priced, you're shady as xxxx too. And with the other reviews on here, mines just a little piece of the messed up service here. More
Service Center HUGELY inefficient! I spent 4 1/2 hours at the service center to diagnose a rattle in the front end and an issue with my blind spot sensors. That would have been too much I spent 4 1/2 hours at the service center to diagnose a rattle in the front end and an issue with my blind spot sensors. That would have been too much time to wait even if they actually fixed the problems, but they fixed NOTHING!! It took them 90 minutes to diagnose the problem (after I texted the service manager and hurried him along). I agreed to a new PVC valve and an oil change, but indicated I didn't have time for the other work that day. Two and a half hours later, I asked at the window to check on the status of my repair. Turns out, they still hadn't even started the oil change! I was upset, and told them I just didn't have any more time to wait and to please just give me my car back. Took them half an hour more just to bring my car around. It wasn't washed, it wasn't fixed, and they didn't even top off the oil to make sure I got home safely. But they were sure to charge me $70 to tell me my oil was low and there "might be something interfering with the BSD sensors." DUH! I told YOU that! I will never be back, for service or to purchase a vehicle. I have no time or patience to deal with this level of incompetence. More

They stole from me! I took my car in for a quick oil change and left my old iPod touch plugged into my car. I didn't think much about it since I have been to SEVERAL Hyun I took my car in for a quick oil change and left my old iPod touch plugged into my car. I didn't think much about it since I have been to SEVERAL Hyundai dealerships across the country and always have left my iPod in the car. When I got back into my vehicle my iPod touch was missing. They tried to tell me that I probably didn't bring it in the first place. As it was a 2 hour drive to the dealership and that iPod was the only one that plugged into my car it was 100% in the car when I got out. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES, and your things WILL BE stolen. You will spend the rest of the day attempting to protect your personal information and filing a police report. More
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AS IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT! I have had numerous problems with this dealership, including outright shoddy work done on a vehicle brought in, recently, for service. A number of the I have had numerous problems with this dealership, including outright shoddy work done on a vehicle brought in, recently, for service. A number of the mechanics, service personnel and one man from higher level management, who reviewed my complaints, provided lame and dishonest excuses for a highly questionable and crucial automobile part that clearly is an old, highly compromised, refurbished part that was incorrectly installed in the vehicle. This automobile part was to have been a new part from Hyundai, but is clearly a refurbished old part, or a tampered with old part. After only having had the vehicle for approximately two weeks subsequent to the service work having been completed, I took a look at this part in question and it was covered with extensive rust and does not fit correctly because part of the metal on the the bottom of the part was filed/sanded off (apparently as part of the refurbishing work) which allows for additional movement that will definitely cause the part to wear out more quickly than if had been a new part. Moreover, the replacement galvanized bolt holding the questionable car part in place is also showing extensive rust. The mechanics and the service personnel that I have dealt with at this dealership are untrustworthy, unreliable, undependable and outright liars. My wise recommendation for anybody reading this comment is that you run as fast as you can in the other direction from this untrustworthy dealership. More
Tires I would never buy or recommend ANYONE to purchase a car from Fuccillo on Erie Blvd in Syracuse. In April of this year I bought a 2014 Elentra, 4 mon I would never buy or recommend ANYONE to purchase a car from Fuccillo on Erie Blvd in Syracuse. In April of this year I bought a 2014 Elentra, 4 months later a tire blew and they said "you must have hit a pothole" If I had hit a pothole with such force to blow my tire, there should have been, at the very least a scratch on my rim.....and there is not!!!! $120.00 later, I had to buy a new tire with not even a suggestion that they would throw in the parts and labor, After complaining, the General Manager said he would send me a check for $50.00..WOW It took complaining to even get that!!! I have been a Fuccillo customer since 2006, and NEVER had a problem, until this car!!! Now, another 2 months later, for the past 3 weeks, I have taken my car to the dealership every week, because the tire pressure light comes on.....and low and behold...I need another tire....they must have given me a break because it was only $117 this time. Now they stated that there was a nail in my tire!! And of course on the sidewall!!?? Shocker, my fault again!! And I guess the little can of fix a flat they give you as a spare wouldn't have worked!!! THIS IS THE WORST THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TREATED BY THE SERVICE DEPT., THE MANAGER!!!! You can bet that next time I will buy a Hyundai from another dealer, one that will treat me as a customer and not a dumb woman....That's exactly how Fuccillo treated me.....like a woman who doesn't know anything!!!!! I am a single mother and I work everyday and within 6 months of buying a brand new car, I'm out the money for not just one but two new tires!!!! I have called to try to talk to the owner many times....well, of course, NO ONE can get ahold of him!!! If you buy a car from here, I suggest you check the horrible tires that come with it!!!!! Oh and they say that there is a tire warranty.......DO NOT BELIEVE THAT!!!!! 2 tires blew in 6 months.......Just WOW!!!!! More
Long story short: bought my 2010 sonata used. Have to go through Doan Chevy for services because of my extended warranty. Had a jerking when slowing down, doan had me waiting about 2 hours and 90$ later and through Doan Chevy for services because of my extended warranty. Had a jerking when slowing down, doan had me waiting about 2 hours and 90$ later and I had the problem still. I turned around and told them, went for a test drive and the tech said jerking is normal it runs perfect. I said it didn't run like tht when I first bought it. Tech said they all do it. Anyways I left because he kept telling me I'm wrong, went to fucillo Hyundai, didn't even have to test drive my car he knew what it was and within 30 mins my car was done and FIXED for free(60k warranty)Great customer service, very polite people, wish I had to go through them for my warranty instead of horrible doan! POOR SERVICE, UNRELIABLE CORRESPONSENCE, NO ACCOUNTABILITY. Took my wife's 2010 accent in for a tire repair (plug a nail hole) about a month and a half ago. The hubcap, which is held on by the ACCOUNTABILITY. Took my wife's 2010 accent in for a tire repair (plug a nail hole) about a month and a half ago. The hubcap, which is held on by the lugnuts, was put on such that it was covering the air valve. I didn't notice that right away, but once I did, I decided it wouldn't matter for a while, until I had to refill the tire. Yesterday, the tire needed to be refilled, so I took out the torque wrench from the trunk and attempted to loosen the nuts. One of them was on WAY to tight, and when I tried to get it off, the BOLT actually BROKE OFF OF THE WHEEL. Tried to call the service department, but was kept on hold for a long time, and eventually the receptionist picked up again and asked if I would leave a message. Took the car in immediately thereafter. Explained the situation (while no less than three service dep't employees stood by, not helping anyone... why couldn't any of these people have taken my phone call?), but as it was about 6:00 PM, no service advisor was available to speak with me (which is suspicious because this was a Wednesday, and according to their website, the service department is open until 7:00 PM on Wednesdays). Spoke with a service advisor named Mark today, who claims that they have no record of ever touching this particular tire. This cannot be true, as I do not have the physical strength to have tightened the bolt this much with just a torque wrench, and the car has never been serviced anywhere else. Also claims that, since they don't know how it happened, this does not fall under the bumper-to-bumper warranty (car is only ~15,000 miles old). I took the car to the dealership for a tire repair (which can be done anywhere) because I didn't want to be swindled by a shady repair shop... HUUUUUGE-ah mistake. More
Horrible customer service. Customer came in woth problem that she needed fixed, Called Customer repeatedly "Sweetie" or "Hunny". Customer didnt quite understand something that the tech was telling her so that she needed fixed, Called Customer repeatedly "Sweetie" or "Hunny". Customer didnt quite understand something that the tech was telling her so when she asked him to clarify... he turns to his "BUDS" behind him and says "Who's on first?!". That should be grounds for a firing right there. More
