I met Jarrod upon arriving for my first Service appointment. He transitioned me in smoothly. Closed out my stay by explaining the services performed along with costs. I've been going to Matthews for 8 years now. Today I went back to purchase my second Subaru, as my current Subaru was rear-ended. It was a busy Saturday, bur Dillon and Liam still made sure to fit me in to their schedule, to help me look for a new car. Liam asked appropriate questions about my likes and dislikes in a new car, to determine a "best fit" for me. Another dealership forgot that my car was in for service that day. (It has not been moved, when I returned at 5:00 p.m.) Two other dealers did not rotate my tires when they claimed they did. After 8 years, I still trust Matthews ! I have never felt as comfortable at a dealership as I do at Matthews. More

We took our Subaru outback for an oil change last week. It was a nasty raining day but we had a great time with the Subaru dealer in vestal NY. While traveling on business, my right rear tire was punctured and ruined. Although not a regular customer, the folks in service (especially Andrew DuBois) went out of their way to help. Determining the remaining tires were still serviceable, they ordered a replacement and provided me with a loaner to continue my trip. The car was ready on my return and I was able to return home with minimum delay. Highly recommend the service department! More
