I recently had my Volvo serviced there. I was assured it was the thermostat causing the code. I drove the car up the hill to the Weis and my check engine light came on. Not only this but the external temperature was still not showing up or showing in the extreme negatives from when I picked it up. Any competent mechanic would have noticed this and not released the car since this it is an interrelated issue. I called and left a message on the line of the service manager Andrea and the call was not returned. I will never do business with you nor any of your dealerships again. I’m not even just disappointed to be out the money. I’d have happily paid twice that to solve this. You should really stop advertising you work on Volvos when you clearly lack the capacity to. More
This is NO way to do business, people. I don't blame you for Experian being slow and unresponsive, leaving me shipwrecked for 2 1/2 weeks, but: 1) Your salesman LIED by telling me I'd be I don't blame you for Experian being slow and unresponsive, leaving me shipwrecked for 2 1/2 weeks, but: 1) Your salesman LIED by telling me I'd be getting a Nissan Company discount ($7500) IN ADDITION to the Federal Tax credit of $7500. But he was just transferring my credit to Matthews. 2) We never discussed the Extended Warranty. ($3999). If we had, I would have declined it. MOST companies give a FREE Extended Warranty. 3) You never asked if I would be using my old license plate. I would. But you went ahead and bought a NEW one for me that I never wanted, then you've consistently refused to transfer my old plate to my new car. I have the pink slip. It looks like I paid you a lot of money to do things like that. You are in breach of contract, then. The whole experience has been a consistent DISASTER. More
