Friendly easy experience I was greeted by a friendly face and had no wait time. We went over what I thought was wrong with the car. The advisor explained what they had to do and took the car back. The waiting room was clean and quiet and the woman that came around with snacks and updates was exceptional. The technician came out and explained the needed repairs. They told me which ones were priority and we got it scheduled for the following week. The only complaint I have is that I was unsure if I had the extended warranty and at no time did anyone see if they could look and see if I purchased it. It very well is also my fail bc I didn’t ask. I’m just happy I went home and looked it up before I spent 600 fixing a car I just bought!! More

I understand that there are occasions that there are some extra issues, but this seems to now be a standard practice at this location. I was to.d that to pass inspection I needed new wiper blades. But since it had been raining for that day and several days before I saw no deterioration in my old wipers performance. I will pay more attention during my next visit to see what other supposed necessary things must be done More
