I brought my rogue in because the liftgate would not operate All of the staff was very attentive nd courteous, kept me abreast of what was going on with my vehicle because they identified another issue. Vehicle had to be brought back twice to repair correctly I would not recommend this dealer. This was my first and last time at Fuccillo Nissan. Brought in for a very small transmission cooler leak. Had the v I would not recommend this dealer. This was my first and last time at Fuccillo Nissan. Brought in for a very small transmission cooler leak. Had the vehicle for 7 hours. I return home with it and the leak is worse!!! After spending $440!!! I call, they ask me to bring it back! They have to from late Friday afternoon until Monday afternoon. They assure me it’s not leaking and everything has been properly repaired. I get it home again... no leak. So at this point I thought all was well. Until I look at the work done... the replaced line it no clipped in place and has 2 deep cuts in it!!! Looks like it ready to break at any time!!! So I guess a 3rd time is a charm. Bring it back they work on it from 830 until about 4 pm. All seems well but when I get the car back the stereo is blasting, they put about 15-25 miles on it. Not sure if this was a test drive or a joy ride!!! Never again, I will bring it to another dealer!!!! More
