Bad day turned better I brought my 2017 rogue in to get an oil change a tire rotation and a nys inspection. I bought this vehicle while in NC and among my list of questions I brought my 2017 rogue in to get an oil change a tire rotation and a nys inspection. I bought this vehicle while in NC and among my list of questions before purchasing it was is the window tint factory, they assured me it was. When I got to fucillo the technician that checked me in said my tint will not pass inspection. He could tell that I was upset by his news so he called over the manager who proceeded to go through the process with me of how removing the tint is a tedious process and is hard to remove the glue so they prefer to replace the windows entirely. Being that it was my front windows only it would cost $300, a cost I was not expecting to pay and did not have. The manager and technician were very patient and worked with me to figure out what to do. I cannot thank them enough! More

The service staff are very friendly and throughly explains what the car needs for service. They keep me updated on the status of the servicing as I wait in a comfortable lounge area. They will look for ways ie coupons to save some money on the servicing. More

Bad service Brought my vehicle in for a NYS inspection. They failed it due to rear brakes needing service. When asked if they could service the brakes the rep s Brought my vehicle in for a NYS inspection. They failed it due to rear brakes needing service. When asked if they could service the brakes the rep said no because it’s seized up. Seemed pretty ridiculous to me and saying I currently lease from them and their just going to leave me hanging. So I left and later noticed they put I refused the brake service on the paperwork. I brought my vehicle somewhere else and they changed the pads and replaced a caliper and it passed inspection. Mind you I have a 2015 Nissan with 20,000 miles on it. Service department is a joke!!! More
