Matthews was very kind to fit me in on such short notice when my tire went flat. My appointment was made with Andrea, but unfortunately I never saw her as Tonya swooped in when I walked into the service cen when my tire went flat. She immediately tried to upsell me on getting 2 new tires instead of my 1 I needed that had already been discussed with Andrea and Andrea had already checked the stock on my exact tire so I could get in and out smoothly.
