Phone call sent to me about a service expiring I received a phone call from Joe Johnson yesterday in regards to a visit in October I had about getting my air conditioning unit fixed. I told Joe tha I received a phone call from Joe Johnson yesterday in regards to a visit in October I had about getting my air conditioning unit fixed. I told Joe that I would be bringing in my car to have it done once my taxes were in. He said ok, but he had to close out the service from October because it was an overdue audit. I said that was fine. Joe then said I owed $86 from the October visit. Now, here is where I get mad. Why was this $86 just brought to my attention 4 months later!! Joe said he thought my car was just going to come back in and get fixed. However, I had told Joe back in October that I could not afford the $1200 at that time. Why wasn’t I given the bill when I picked up my car then???? I work in sales, so believe me, I am an expert in following up with Customers. 4 months later is unacceptable. You have now lost my business when I get my AC fixed and my business when I get a new car next year. More
