My Review of Mattie Imports, Inc.:
Brought in my car on a VW Safety Recall regarding a defective brake light switch. While there I asked them to look at the light on my Heater/AC Control panel as it has not worked in well over a year. They replaced a $1.10 bulb and with labor, it cost me $40.
When I got in my car, the heater fan would not work. (I drove there while it was cold and snowing and it was working fine when I arrived.)
I reported the problem and they took it back inside. A while later they told me the Heater/AC Control unti was no good and it would cost $260 to replace it. Although I pointed out that the unti was working just fine when I brought it in, they insisted they did not cause the problem and tried to say someone else had been working on it.
I would not allow them to scam me and I have taken it to another service center where it was fixed for much less.
