Daniel was our sales professional, and he was wonderful. He answered every question we had. He took us to the SUV we were looking for. We picked out the one we were interested and then I saw the Dark Armor He answered every question we had. He took us to the SUV we were looking for. Daniel explained the differences between the two Rogues we were looking at. We decided the Dark Armor was everything we wanted in a vehicle. After filling out all the paperwork and receiving our welcome auto package. Daniel took us back to the car and went over the controls until I felt comfortable. Once I was ready, he let me take off in my shiny new SUV. The next day, I received a call from Daniel to find out how liked my SUV and answered any questions we had since knew we were taking the Rogue to T.I.A. that evening. The Rogue drove so well. We were very surprised and extremely impressed with Nissan and Daniel. He made sure we were happy and satisfied with the vehicle. He even showed me around the building, so I knew were to take my SUV for maintenance. I can honestly say this is the first time I have ever experienced such exceptional customer service. Dan made us feel so comfortable and like we were part of the Maus family even before we signed the papers. My husband stated he was very impressed with Daniel's knowledge with the SUV. He truly is a "keeper". Maus Nissan is now my go to for vehicles from now on. More

Maus overall is an ok dealership. Drove an hour away solely because of low priced advertised vehicle. Trade in value was good, but then offset by mandatory add-on package. Didn’t realize until 3days later they never returned our drivers license to us. After 4 phone calls to them I finally get confirmation he had our drivers license. I would’ve thought we would’ve received a phone call from them stating this the next day when they opened. So after 100 mile round-trip, tolls & two hour road trip, we get our license. No apology nor kind gesture. I guess Sale was made, no further courtesy extended. Nice. More

As someone who has purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, Maus Nissan of Brooksville I can confidently say is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with bar none. In 2023 I went to this dealership an years, Maus Nissan of Brooksville I can confidently say is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with bar none. In 2023 I went to this dealership and purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Camaro 2LT. What drew me to this vehicle was the competitive price listed online, so a couple of friends and I went to go see it. I brought my trade and sat down with a sales person. After I test drove the car I told him I wanted to move forward. After letting someone else demo the car in front of me while they had my approval in hand and after a few hours i reluctantly decided to move forward. Once I got into finance I was pressured into purchasing an extended warranty that I did not want in order to get a rate I more than qualified before. The whole car buying experience was stressful from the start, and you would think that would be the end of it. But no, they manage to make it worse. Within 30 days I sold the vehicle because I was not satisfied with its condition. Regardless of warranty, with how poorly I was treated I wanted nothing to do with this dealer. So I traded the car in and had to still return to get my extended warranty refunded. Fortunately that was the least stressful part of my whole interaction with them. The reason why I am writing this review is because since this purchase I have received non stop calls, text messages, and emails from people at this dealership. FOR YEARS even though I do not own the car that I purchased from them and after several times telling whoever called me to leave me alone the calls persist. The number is blocked, yet I constantly receive voicemails still. I hope whoever at Maus Nissan reading this removed my name from whatever list it is on. I am tired of being harassed. Don’t ever go to this dealer, and if you unfortunately do you may need a new number and email in order to be left alone. More
