Steve and Jason were Amazing in the service department. Fortunately, they were not the issue. Paid for calibration, the work was not done. Going to another dealership to have the same work done. The work was declined by service, never sent to me, and that is the one thing I brought it in for. Later I was told my safety will not work in the front of the car unless a pedestrian walks in front of it. And in order for my lane assist to work I would need to be doing a minimum of 30mph then transfer lanes. I said ok and went home and emailed management requesting a refund.
