Has been hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a used car, very unfortunate it turned out like it did as I chose this dealer for a reason, but was sadly mistaken and highly disappointed!!!....My Cadillac from Mayse is a true LEMON!!

Harmony,

I wanted to reach out to you again in regards to your SRX. I am sorry that you have had issues, however; I have made every effort to work with you to resolve those issues. As you know, we have fixed several issues with your vehicle at our expense, in addition to offering to trade you even with a year new (and more expensive MSRP) SRX. I know you preferred a different vehicle, but I cannot exchange you for a more expensive vehicle in addition to what I have offered you. I am willing to work with you on a different vehicle, but; I will not take a loss on a more expensive car.

I understand your frustration but I have been very willing to work with you and make this situation right.

My Review Of Mayse Automotive Group:

I want to express my grave disappointment in my latest experience. My wife and I bought a truck from Ehren several years ago and had a great experience. We have decided it is time to buy a truck and thought we would give him another shot.

I went the Mayse on Tuesday, January 29th and visited with Ehren. He showed me a couple of trucks that I was very interested in. Apparently one of the trucks had a slight problem and he wanted to get it checked out by the mechanics. No big deal. I asked Ehren to go ahead a run the numbers for me on a trade for both trucks. I had not heard anything from Ehren on Wednesday, so I called and left a voicemail. No response. On Friday afternoon I called back. Ehren was unavailable. I had decided that he would not return a voicemail, so I decided to just call back later. I finally reached him late that afternoon and he advised that he was still waiting to hear from the mechanic on the truck that had the problem. Ok. I asked him to go ahead and run the numbers, again, on the other truck so I knew where we stood. Here it is, Thursday, February 7th. I still have not heard back from Ehren. I am greatly disappointed in the service and lack of communication. I walked in with cash in hand and have waited for almost 2 weeks for a "ballpark figure". Reliable Chevrolet will now be earning my business. Sad and disappointed.

A phone call could have stopped all of this.

I do apologize for the situation and that you felt we did not do all we could to earn your business. I have reviewed Ehren's call logs and it does appear that he placed calls to the number on file a few times and was unable to reach you.. If we can do anything else for you please let me know.

My wife and I have bought 2 vehicles from Mayse in the last 2 weeks.
I have never before had such a pleasant experience buying cars/trucks. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable through the whole process. I like their way of doing business. They are a high volume dealer and price their vehicles right. That is the kind of dealer I was looking for.
I will buy GM from Mayse from now on.

My Review Of Mayse Automotive Group:

There was a large variety of vehicles to consider, friendly salesman, good company to work with.
John Kieny was our sales rep. He listened to everything we liked, disliked, needed or preferred. We looked at several vehicles and couldn't decided. We happened to mention the type of seats we liked and he stated I have just what you're looking for
and he did!
We were very please how our purchase was handled. Everything went smooth, fast and was given an on-site demostration on how to work all the features.
They really showed us they were please that we chose their company to do business with. If we are in need of another vehicle sometime in the future, it will be with Mayse Automotive.

My Review Of Mayse Automotive Group:

Overall, the dealership itself, Mayse Automotive Group gave the feeling of still being a small town business. Our salesman, Serge Antonuk was exceptional. He made you feel comfortable standing in that huge showroom. Very professional, no pressure rhetoric,and the whole transaction, beginning with the test drive to making the deal and the demonstration of the car's "anatomy" was actually enjoyable! Serge was able to work with us to get the exact car that I had my heart set on.
I highly recommend that dealership over any others that we have dealt with. and I can't stress enough that I really did feel like it was a "small town" atmosphere. No intimidation from Serge or any other employee working there.

My Review Of Mayse Automotive Group:

We just purchased a 2012 Chevy Traverse and are very pleased with the service Mike Whitesel provided. We were looking for a certain color and he took the time to search through vehicles that were in a back lot on a very cold day for us. His customer service was great. We worked with Jeff Silvey for the financing and he was also great. Both did a great job and we were very pleased.

My Review Of Mayse Automotive Group:

Just wanted to let you know how pleased with the way I was treated by Shawn Kelso and several other Mayse employees from your service department. Shawn went out of his way to keep me informed of the status of the repairs being done on my 2010 Malibu. I didn't feel pressured to have additional work, that I didn't realize the car needed, done. Shawn, also upon my pick-up of the vehicle, quickly replaced a wheel cover that I had purchased elsewhere and had brought with me. In addition, the two ladies (sorry, can't remember their names) who took care of me with a loaner vehicle and payment for the repairs were wonderful as well. Another great thing is the report that I was given informing me of all the inspections done to the car while there for service. We have purchased our last four cars at Mayse and will continue (from Shane Davis) for the reasons stated above.

This dealership was recommended to us and was worth the drive from Springfield. Very
knowledgeable staff, friendly, professional, and clean. Mike knew everything about each vehicle we looked at, he had the answers to all of our questions. The buying process was smooth and hassle free. Couldn't ask for better car buying experience.
