My Review Of Mayse Automotive Group:
I have been in the market for a GMC Acadia since they came out years ago, however could not afford one at the time. This past year we found ourselves in a position to buy slightly used and actually found a car in Siloam Springs we loved. However, we did not have a great experience with the dealer themselves and decided against purchasing. So I did a web search on other vehicles in a close perimeter - as we live in Bentonville, AR and wanted to stay within a couple of hours.
Mayse Automotive popped up and there was the EXACT SAME car with 10,000 less miles and $1,000 less in asking price. I quickly contacted them and was put in touch with Shane Landers who went out and took pictures of the car fresh off the truck and emailed them me within 30 minutes. He was easy to talk with about where I wanted to be on price, final loan to take out and what I was hoping they could meet me on, so I felt it was the right time to drive the 1-1/2 hours to look at the car.
I knew it was my car the moment I drove it and quickly moved into making "the deal". I would say for anyone interested, if you decided to work out some details prior to arriving, make sure both parties are clear on what the expectations are. There was a moment that each of us thought that the other would be taking care of an extended warranty (phrasing is everything), but it was cleared up fairly quickly.
Unfortunately, the car experienced a broken windshield in transit on the way to the dealership, so I wasn't able to take it home with me that evening as I was there after service hours were over and the windshield needed to be replaced, however they will be driving it down to Bentonville to save me another trip to pick it up.
Overall I am very pleased with the service and support from Mayse automotive and would consider purchasing a future car there when the time came. And ask for Shane! He was fantastic.
