My Review of Mayse Automotive Group:
We weren't really looking to make a purchase when Jeff approached us, however once spending a little time with him we knew he wasn't your "ordinary" sales guy. He made us feel comfortable and not pressured at all. We test drove a couple vehicles, putting car seats in each vehicle to make sure they would fit and was exactly what we wanted. At no time did we feel rushed. He even included the kids in conversations. During the next week he helped get numbers and everything together so when the weekend got here we could make a deal!! And we couldn't be happier with what we bought and who helped us!! We would recommend him to anyone! He's the real deal!

My Review of Mayse Automotive Group:
Several years ago I was at Mayes to buy a car and had a bad experience. When I found the car I wanted on the internet, I was afraid I would have the same experience. First I called and talked to Christine and she could not have been more friendly and helpful. She made sure the car was available for me, so I didn't have to make a trip for nothing. She and John greeted me at the door. They were both warm and welcoming. John and I took the test drive and the ride was great. When we returned to the dealership, John immediately took on the job of helping me get the car. Each person was not only friendly, but professional and answered all my questions to my satifaction and did not treat me as stupid. Then when John had completed his job, he took me to Rob and introduced us. Rob was very helpful and explained everything even the ones I still had questions about he went over them again.
I must say that in the past I had dealt with the service department at Mayse and thought they were great. But I was very pleasantly surprised at the amount of attention, courtesy, professionalism, honesty and friendliness of Christine, John and Rob. I will definitely deal with Mayes in the future and will report my great experience to all who will listen. God Bless you all, you have reaffirmed my faith in dealerships!! Thanks Christine, John and Rob...I love my car!!

My Review of Mayse Automotive Group:
The customer service was great. Ehren Clark greeted us outside the dealership with a smile and was very outgoing which made for an relaxed transaction. They had most of our paper work in order for our arrivial. Very friendly folks. Rob in financing dept had us laughing the whole time we were there. Thanks again Rob the BBQ was great. Our overall experience was one of the easiest car deals we have made.
Thanks again to Ehren Clark and Rob Bieber for making our trip to Mayse a well worth one.

My Review of Mayse Automotive Group:
Mike Pullen was so helpful in finding out what I was looking for and only showing those that would interest me. Carfax is a great idea (whoever came up with that). That tool would have saved me a lot of heartache over the last vehicle I owned. But Mike was very patient going over the different options I had available and what best suited my lifestyle and income. Tripp Cook then went over my financing options and came up with a payment plan I could live with. I am so very pleased with the car I came home with, its like having a brand new car to be proud of. And yes I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wanted to know.
