Our salesman, John K, was fantastic. He was extremely helpful, answered my questions via email, left me important voicemails and was able to work with our crazy schedule and making a plan to visit Mayse.
The car is great, but I am not happy about the fact that we were originally told that we could get an extra key for the car, but then that did not happen. John left a voicemail saying that he's still working on it, but I've heard nothing else yet. The car was delivered to my husband at his work because when we test drove the car it was great, but the driver's side window did not roll down. John took care of this and was able to have their guys fix it. This is why the car was not delivered until two days later. Upon delivery, the "service engine light" was on - and it was not on whenever we test drove and bought the car.
