I gave the rating I did because I wasn't expecting to get 7000$ for my trade in of a 07 Mazda 3 that needed a transmission... This Dealership (Quality Imports) is simply "Outstanding." We bought a car from them back in 2001 and returned back in 2010 to purchase a new car. Hootie Dukes explained the features and it's capabilities really well. His sales management and History of the vehicle sold this car to us. Quality Imports is one of the finest Dealerships here in Northwest Florida. Richard Auchman, Finance Manager really help us complete our sales. The one point that really impressed us was, learning about the "Extended Warranty Plan" they offer. Due to his efforts and knowledge, we purchased the Extended Warranty to protect our car and save us revenue in the long run. Great Job Hootie and Richard. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. The Rating I give this Dealership is "Ten" all around. The Maintneance Customer Service Manager "Danny" and Asst. Service Manager "Nathan", are always very Helpful. We brought our new CX7 to maintenance and it was a pleasure to deal with such Outstanding personnel that represent "Quality Imports."
