The worst experience was buying a vehicle from this dealership to get the product I wanted, and I purchased based on promises made repeatedly during the sale, which influenced my decision to buy a more dealership to get the product I wanted, and I purchased based on promises made repeatedly during the sale, which influenced my decision to buy a more expensive vehicle. When that was NOT honored, I expected the GM to say nothing more than to make it correct, no matter what it takes, regardless of nonsense. Instead, I was revictimized by the GM, who expected to dictate terms I was not having. It quickly deteriorated with the GM berrating me with laughter. In two weeks, NOT ONE follow-up or return call to walk me through the vehicle, set an appointment, deliver accessories, let alone check in or thank me again for my business. I even had to connect my OnStar myself and the corporate GMC to verify that certain items were to come with my vehicle. I wanted the product I received, the items, and the treatment to be resolved to my satisfaction. It seems the GM wanted to play attorney, hearing the issue five minutes into our conversation instead of addressing the resolution and hiding behind the ownership change as to the reasons for poor treatment, which, to me, are excuses, no resolution. They sold me a vehicle and 50 miles and 2 days later the engine valve train broke. Now it's in their shop for over a week and the service manager said he doesn't know when it can be repaired because parts a engine valve train broke. I asked if I could just get either get my trade in back or get a different one of the same type and deal but was told no. They are letting me use a loaner for now.
