I was treated professionally upon entering the dealership and felt my salesperson Kyle took the time to ascertain my needs before making me aware of what was available both within and outside Bradshaw. He further introduced me to the sales manager who was equally professional When i told Kyle that my decision would be made he after talking to another dealer and that I would be in Monday he did not pressure me to buy. After returning and deciding to buy, Bradshaw secured and delivered the car I wanted. Kyle did an excellent job of explaining the operation of the vehicle to me and my wife and set up our blue tooth for both of us. Great assistance from the gentleman who orders parts, which I did need some tabs for my wheel cover and he installed them,then advised the cost and delivery date for a wheel cover needed for the other si which I did need some tabs for my wheel cover and he installed them,then advised the cost and delivery date for a wheel cover needed for the other side of my car. Then scheduled my car recall, rental car, and everything rolled from there. Oh the gentleman at service parts desk was great also,recovery my car on that cold day. More

Fast service and a comfortable waiting area environment.
