Always welcoming and a thourough job, Love coming here. I am always met with friendly faces at the service desk. He is extremely knowledgable about the various car features and was able to effectively communicate the similarities and differences to us. He's friendly with a positive attitude, and he didn't try to sell us car we didn't want to just make a sale. It'was also really helpful that he understands and is able to discuss the differences with comparable, competitive vehicals with seemingly objective observations and insights. He even let us know when his opions were biased because of his personal preferences. As one would expect, he's motivated to make a sale and will work hard for it, but we didn't feel pressured by him or management during the buying process. Even if you don't like the car buying process, I think you'll like working with Austin. More

Good service except forgot to clear warnings about tire. Wanted to charge me when covered under maintenance plan, but got it straightened out. Stan Shockley in Service is the best! Had a unique problem with some damage under my Mazda5 and Stan showed it to me so I could understand. I'm happy with his plan to fix.
