Best price and no surprises! I emailed every Mazda dealer within 100 miles for a price quote and Brandon sent me the best one. When I arrived at the dealership my car was waiting I emailed every Mazda dealer within 100 miles for a price quote and Brandon sent me the best one. When I arrived at the dealership my car was waiting for me out front at the price we had agreed on. Brandon took the time to go over the features of the vehicle with me. CJ WIlson Mazda is the right choice! I could not have had a better experience at CJ Wilson Mazda of Orland Park! Aside from the fact that they had the perfect 2011 Ford Ranger in their st I could not have had a better experience at CJ Wilson Mazda of Orland Park! Aside from the fact that they had the perfect 2011 Ford Ranger in their stock (having searched months for the perfect small truck), the customer service I experienced was awesome. From the moment I walked in the door, Sandy Tydd helped set me up with a test drive and a superb attitude. She never made me feel pressured into making a purchase, and that's the best kind of sales person. She walked me through all the financial steps I'd have to take, and made me a confident customer. Never once did I feel like she was trying to push a sale at the cost of my satisfaction. She even set me up with a new battery before i took the truck home! Krystal Smith was also a pleasure to work with. She also made me feel at home at the dealership. She seemed very down to Earth and knows her customer service skills. Both Krystal and Sandy made me feel like my satisfaction was more important than making a quick sale. Lastly, I dealt with Mike Mockaitis before leaving the dealership. Mike helped me finalize all the paper work and set up financing for my vehicle. Mike certainly made me feel at ease when it came to all the matters of financing. Not only was he very east to talk to, he explained all the fine points of buying and financing a vehicle and gave me peace of mind in regards to getting my vehicle paid off. Never once felt like he was trying to rush me through the paperwork; he took the time to make sure I knew what I was signing and what responsibilities I had when paying off my truck. The dealership itself is sharp, clean and organized, but its the staff that make CJ WIlson Mazda a real pleasure to shop at. Thank you Sandy, Krystal and Mike! More

False Advertising - Steer Clear of this Place Found a very nice internet price on a 2012 Mazda 3 and took a 40 minute ride out to CJ Wilson Mazda in Orland Park. Test drove the car Feb 18th with Found a very nice internet price on a 2012 Mazda 3 and took a 40 minute ride out to CJ Wilson Mazda in Orland Park. Test drove the car Feb 18th with my teenage daughter. She loved it so we sat down to work out a deal. This is when I learned the price was $1,440.00 more than advertised. I told the sales person (Krystal) that the added cost wasn't anywhere on their AD or website and that I didn't want the "certification" on what I believed was reliable car. She indicated that it could probably be removed but she'd need to confirm this with her sales manager Jack Howe. That's when the games truly began. When I insisted on the advertised price her sales manager refused. He then came over and asked me if I was a "mechanic" before agreeing to split the certification cost with me. Since my daughter liked the car and was sitting there with me I decided to bite my tongue and continue rather than walk. The sales manager then tried to swindle me with inflated interest rates and unnecessary "Gap Insurance" costs. Krystal was a wonderful sales person. However, the pushy sales manager was unethical, absolutely trying to take advantage of my daughter's attachment to the car. I'm fortunate to have stellar credit and never have had to experience this type of dirty dealing. Certainly didn't expect it from a big name dealership. Before posting this, I tried to share this complaint with upper management but they failed to contact me. Interestingly I see that other negative reviews have some very similar complaints. There's many honest car dealerships out there. Spend your money elsewhere. I did ! More

Moe, my sales consultant, was extremely patient with me and never made me feel as though any of my questions about the CX5 were stupid or insignificant. He was never pushy but always exceedingly friendly and calm. If I run into anyone searching for a car new or used I will certainly send them to Moe E. Sandy was very upfront and knowledgeable about the car and answered all of my questions promptly; she even gave me her cell # to call/text after hours (very handy as I work 2nd shift at a hospital and am not always easy to reach.) Even though I was outvoted by the rest of my family on this car, I'd happily recommend CJ Wilson of Orland Park based on my interactions with Sandy alone. More
