I will be taking my vehicle back for service and to give them another shot. I made a diagnostic appointment at 7 AM for a reason. I wanted my car back by lunchtime. Didn’t get it back until after 5 pm. Diagnosis for rainwater in passenger flat floorboard was that there was a clog in the sunroof drain. I was told the mechanic could see the clog blew air through the tube but could not get it out. Therefore the tube needed to be replaced. After some investigation and hard work, the tube had pulled out of the firewall and was draining in the floorboard. Nothing had been touched under the hood or under the wheel well or on the sunroof the dust and dirt had not been disturbed no fingerprints anywhere! Guess they charged me $140 and googled it After my post I was contacted. The dealership said they would make it right with me. Hoping they will. I will return for service. If they do not follow through. I will NOT go back. More
