We got a phone call saying one of their employees has wrecked our vehicle taking it to the gas station they told me he was taking it to get detailed when the accident happened but the police report says otherwise he ended up getting a ticket for reckless driving and ended up putting $9000 in damages to the vehicle. We were nice and understanding at first because they promised they were going to return our car to the way it was prior. Then in June, they finally called us because they had finished the repairs on our car when we go to pick it up we realize they never fully fixed the front bumper They just did a xxxxty paint job on it. They also returned it with no working AC, even though when we contacted the insurance company, they said they sent them three supplement checks due to the AC not working so why would they keep asking for more money from the insurance company when they still returned it with no working AC is beyond me! I will never allow any of my friends or family to go to this dealership for anything and I will be telling everyone I can how they don't give a **** about their customers and they clearly don't have good, judge in character on the employees they hire More

Have them do some warranty work on the rear end of my 2500 HD Duramax. They replaced the housing using all of the existing internals. Had a 2-year warranty 2500 mi. After 500 miles on the truck I started taking it back in for weird noise from the rear end. Every time they looked at it they said there's nothing wrong with it. Warranty ran out mileage ran out I put $2,600 mi on the rear end they rebuilt when I had to rebuild it again. Worthless customer service talk to the service manager he just said well so sorry so sad. Okay that was a year and a half ago today I took my work van in to get an alignment which cost me $115 of them doing nothing. Reason for not doing the alignment they could not get the bolts loose. Pathetic I didn't realize I was going to have to pre loosen every bolt they were going to have to touch before I took it into the dealership for them to do an alignment. I am done totally forever I will never go to another McCarthy Auto group ever again no matter what brand. If I ran my business that way I'd be in the poor house. There is no customer service there is no standing behind what you do anymore All there is is take what you can when you can get it. More

I recently had bought a vehicle from this dealership and was told the main seal oil leak would be covered under the warranty. Not only did they not cover it, they tried to lie to me telling me I had no cove was told the main seal oil leak would be covered under the warranty. Not only did they not cover it, they tried to lie to me telling me I had no coverage and that the seal wouldn’t be covered anyways. Upon further investigation into the paperwork I signed it clearly stated I do have a warranty and it is covered under the warranty and they refused to honor that. They will lie straight to your face and when you need the warranty they won’t honor it. I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere More

Their service department is horrible. They hid behind voice mails and will not respond to calls checking on our vehicle. They keep telling us they will check on ours and call us back. Who is working on these vehicles the receptionists and salesmen. Will never go back there again More
