Very disappointed, bait and switch. Had coupon for $20 synthetic oil change. Got preapproved prior to booking from scheduler. After arriving, coupon denied, charged 3x price from coupon and given $10 disc synthetic oil change. Got preapproved prior to booking from scheduler. After arriving, coupon denied, charged 3x price from coupon and given $10 discount. Went from $20 to $68 and having had driven 30 minutes. Stuck being so far and so early, had to complete. Will not return for same service. More

Have been using Mccarthy for 20(?)+ years this is the 4th hyundai I have purchased (the last 3, 3 2 new and 1 used for college age daughter from McCarthy). The only thing that bothers me I always seem to ge hyundai I have purchased (the last 3, 3 2 new and 1 used for college age daughter from McCarthy). The only thing that bothers me I always seem to get a mailed discount offering the week after I bring my car in. Which means 99% of the time it is of no value to me, an empty offer as I have already had the work done. Would be better to have online, email offerings to customers. More

Who is the expert? I understand it’s a business but it’s a untrusted business. When I was being charged for diagnostics and almost lost a lot more money, I had asked the I understand it’s a business but it’s a untrusted business. When I was being charged for diagnostics and almost lost a lot more money, I had asked them for clarity on how the diagnostics showed it was the suggested problem. I, who is not the expert, was blamed for the dealership not diagnosing my car properly. The response I got was, “ I don’t have all day to argue. Are you going to pay this or not?” We apologized for taking his time and asked for a manager. The service Rep stormed out and called a manager. Came back and handed my keys. We still thanked him and left. I am sharing this because no customer should be ripped off or have the same experience. I have no experience in repairing cars and trusted my own make and model service but still was told “we are a Hyundai dealership. We are Hyundai techs and we fix Hyundai cars.” Go to someone you trust or bring some who has knowledge is cars with you if you need to repair your car. More

Service I went to a dealership in arkansas and they told me that the problem with my car would not be covered by warranty the problem became unmanageable whil I went to a dealership in arkansas and they told me that the problem with my car would not be covered by warranty the problem became unmanageable while traveling for work and had to be addressed. So I pulled into the McCarthy dealership expecting to spend upwards of 3000 dollars, and they called me and said they covered the repairs under warranty and if I had any more problems out of the engine they would probably be able to get those covered under warranty as well. Awesome dealership with an outstanding service dept. More
