Went to check out a Z71 Tahoe, I was on a call and asked my husband to have a salesman pull it up as we couldn’t find it driving around the lot. The first question asked was if he could afford a $800 car pa my husband to have a salesman pull it up as we couldn’t find it driving around the lot. The first question asked was if he could afford a $800 car payment. Then a “sure let me pull it up if you think so” the salesman didn’t perk up until I told him we were adding to our other cars and I just didn’t want my Alfa Romeo to be my daily any longer - we obviously didn’t purchase here ended up with a premier. He worked with and was very knowledgeable and considerate. He took the time to explain the features and even paired my phone fore me. I like trading here because there is no high pressure and I left feeling that I got a good deal. The sales department were excellent to work with. More
I took my suburban in on August 26th with transmission problems and finally picked it up today roughly 40 days later. The only reason I took it to them in the first place was they told me they could have problems and finally picked it up today roughly 40 days later. The only reason I took it to them in the first place was they told me they could have me in and out the same week. Vick was very responsive until the extended warranty company would not go along with his $6800 quote for a new transmission. Everything I researched online indicated to expect $3,000-$3500 to replace a transmission in a Suburban. The responsiveness stopped at that point and all fingers were pointed at the extended warranty company. Of course they do not offer loaner vehicles, so I was forced to pay for my own rentals and Ubers. My total out of pocket cost was close to $2K versus next to nothing if I wouldn't have fell for the we can have you done this week line and stuck with my normal repair facility. Although, I asked several times to speak to a service Mgr., I never was able to do that. Maybe they don't have one and that is the problem. I have never had a more frustrating repair experience in my life. More
