We’ve had to go over the invoice multiple times. At least the last 3-4 services for random charges. The additional work was never done. We had to bring it in another time to get it done and left it all day. When we went to pick it up, the issue was not resolved and we were told it will be a later software update. We’ve spent a lot of time and money at this dealership. We would appreciate better service. This is my second purchase of a Toyota vehicle from McDonald Toyota Greeley. In both cases, the sales person, Nekoda Jacobs, was excellent, very patient and helpful. He was very friendly, expiditiously worked through the purchase details, and answered my questions. My first service was not preformed correctly Told I would receive a credit to do it at 5k. The service manager that told me that didn’t work there anymore and had no record of it. I strongly advise anyone considering McDonald Toyota in Greeley to look elsewhere. The customer service has been consistently unacceptable. When issues arise, there is no support. Calls go unanswered, messages are not returned, and any form of follow up is nonexistent. The lack of communication alone makes the entire process far more stressful than it should ever be. Their titling process has been the worst I have experienced with any dealership. When you call to ask about the status of your titling documents, the only response you receive from their onsite finance department is that nothing is wrong with the documents and that they can send you another temporary plate because their off site titling department is behind. While most dealerships in Colorado complete titling in under 60 days, McDonald Toyota appears to be on a 90 to 120 day timeline. That is completely unacceptable, especially for customers from out of state who expect to register their vehicles in a timely manner. The situation is even more frustrating because they insist the documents are fine, yet offer no meaningful explanation, accountability, or solution beyond more waiting. My interactions with their sales staff only added to the frustration. Erin was consistently immature, rarely followed through on the things she said she would do, and left us with more questions than answers. Even worse, Brad and Scott repeatedly excused her behavior instead of addressing it or stepping in to provide real assistance. The lack of professionalism across their team is noticeable and deeply disappointing. The finance department provided even less support, contributing to what has been one of the most frustrating dealership experiences my partner and I have ever had. I genuinely regret encouraging him to purchase his 4Runner here. We could have gone anywhere else and avoided all of these unnecessary issues. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend McDonald Toyota in Greeley under any circumstances. More
