Quality of repairs and work that was conducted was poor, service center dented and scratched my door during service, and just repaired the scratch, didnt repair the dent and stated they couldn't do anymore service center dented and scratched my door during service, and just repaired the scratch, didnt repair the dent and stated they couldn't do anymore then that even though they damaged the door. Had warranty work denied and during warranty inspection greater damage was caused to a separate part not attached next to the warranty claim part that was broke, and service center was not willing to replace other broken part instead try to have someone fix it with epoxy even though they broke it. Amanda was very nice and helpful. I would like to add that I tried to schedule this service online, which used to be so easy, and was not able to do that. I do hope that somebody will fix that.
