Best ever dealer experience - 2010 Toyota Highlander Used Based on experiences of friends ans family with their Toyota, I began researching on the internet and came to a conclusion that for the size vehicle Based on experiences of friends ans family with their Toyota, I began researching on the internet and came to a conclusion that for the size vehicle and price I wanted, the Highlander would be the best fit for us, Working with Peggy Martin and Cindy Lopez, after relating what we were looking for, we were shown a 2010 Highlander Limited that was not yet washed from it's trade in. We been driving this car for just a few days now are we are both very pleased with the car. Peggy went to quite a bit of time consuming research in locating a dent removal shop to get an estimate on hail dings. Brad Ambrozevitch the Used Car Manager, discussed me very candidly and sensibly that the price on the car would be adjusted to make up for the hail damage which turned out to be not practical to have repaired. We accepted the car with the contingency that the used car inspection would be completed with no major mechanical problems found. New windshield, new tires, Most of all in this review I wanted to express the I have never felt so relaxed in any auto dealer situation before. Peggy and Cindy were most congenial and even more impressive was their total knowledge about this car ( and other Toyota models). No question was ever answered with a guess or "I think". If Peggy ever had a hesitation on a question she never hesitated to find the information from the best in-house source. Or financial closing was also the most pleasant experience ever in a dealership. Travis Ratliff is the financial expert who moved us through the many papers and signatures in closing our deal. We felt Travis was most attentive to making sure we understood all the parts of the financial close. Out Used Car Manager, Brad took several steps at his discretion and cost to be sure that we would have the optimum value in this purchase, At this point I am of the opinion that his effort has been a total success. I want to have family and friends have this same experience. More

Absolutly amazing When I showed up at Ehrlich Toyota I had little hope to get a new car because of this situation I was in with my truck that I had at the time.. Once I arrived in Greeley, it only took about an hour and I was out the door. My only complaint would be that the financing interest rate, length of financing, and monthly payment were not in accordance with what Peggy told me just prior to me signing paper work with finance manager. Interest rate and payment were both higher. Maybe a miscommunication between Peggy and Chad? More
