Worse service department I’ve ever seen. My vehicle has been at this location for 1 month. After 2 weeks of calling with no return call, I visited and was informed they forgot about my car My vehicle has been at this location for 1 month. Had 10:45 am appointment and waited, didn't get car done until after 1:00 pm. Disappointed as it was only for oil, filter change with tire rotation. I arrived at the dealership to find my vehicle unsecure but behind the service center. what is the point of explaining the default in the vehicle if the advisement is not taken into consideration. Thank goodness the vehicle was left alone overnight, and the issue was produced with the vehicle not starting. The issue should be a recall item. More
