I was told the car was washed but it came back with brown dirt, so it wasn't washed. I asked for a quote to extend the warranty and still haven't received one. The last time I visit this location, the service manager Tony was great. The experience I had on 5/30/25 was very bad. Justin customer service was terrible. First of all. My car sat there for a long while before it went in second they never came out to talk to me about anything pertaining to my car third they didn’t ask me that I wanted a car wash or not which was very bad. I look forward to that car wash and last he didn’t explain anything to me about what my car needed in the future customer service is first and foremost. If you don’t have that, you won’t have a good customer and they won’t come back. More
